These terms
These terms cover your use of MOTION/LAB (“we”, “us”) and anything you buy from it. By using the site or buying, you agree to them.
Using the site
- Browsing, live demos and the Playground are free.
- Don’t try to break, overload or scrape the site, and don’t use it for anything illegal.
Buying
Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. Payment is processed by our payment provider; taxes are added where the law requires. You get access as soon as payment is confirmed.
Subscriptions
- Prompts Pro and All Access renew automatically every month or year, depending on what you choose.
- You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for; we don’t charge again after that.
- If we change a price, we tell you before your next renewal and you can cancel first.
Refunds
If a product doesn’t work as described, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. Renewals can be refunded within 14 days if you haven’t used the plan since the renewal.
Licence
What you may do with templates, prompts and assets is set out on the licensing page, which is part of these terms.
AI tools
Our prompts are written with exact values so AI coding tools can rebuild each effect. AI tools are made by other companies and their output varies, so check the result against the prompt’s acceptance checklist. You are responsible for the code you publish.
Ownership
The templates, prompts, demos and site design are our original work. Buying gives you a licence to use them — not ownership of the originals. Open-source parts stay under their own licences.
Liability
We work hard to keep everything correct and working, but the products are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Your rights under the consumer law of your own country are not affected.
